Ain't no other man but you, just do your thang honey...

So these be my favoritest films. Tomorrow will bring the best tv shows.
Props to Adrian for her creativity. :)

UNE.
Can't Hardly Wait

Featuring an early, less known version of my favorite doctor-Carlisle Cullen. I can't really explain my love for this silly movie. It's basically about a party and graduation, but it's hilarious and stupid in it's own little ways. "Cheetah, grr."

DEUX.
Moulin Rouge.

Ewan Mcgregor's voice just gets me.
"I hope you don't mind that I put down in words how wonderful life is now you're in the world."

TROIS.

Breakfast at Tiffany's

Audrey Hepburn is absolutley timeless. I spend a large part of my late-night weekends alone watching Turner Classic Movies, and this one just so happens to be the greatest of them all.
"You can always tell what kind of a person a man thinks you are by the earrings he gives you. I must say, the mind reels."

QUATRE.

Almost Famous.

I wish Stillwater was a real band because I would have totally listened to them and followed the around to write fancy stories...
"You can tell Rolling Stone Magazine that my last words were-'I'm on Drugs!'"

CINQ.
A Walk to Remember.

Lets just say that this one brings the waterworks every single daggum time. From the part where Landon finds out the terrible news and goes to see his dad late at night and they play "Dare You to Move" by Switchfoot, on until the very end. Plus I have the entire soundtrack on my ipod. Mandy Moore rocks.
"Love is like the wind, you can't see it, but you can feel it."

SIX.
My Girl.

By far my ultimate favorite movie ever, since I was 8 years old. I just love it's innocent humor and sweetness. I would have enjoyed having a friend like Thomas J. I really like the tearjerkers.
"Is your lip bleeding?"

SEPT.
My Best Friend's Wedding.

Am I really the only one who cries at the end of the movie when Michael leaves Jules for the skank and she cries at the reception while dancing with her gay BFF?! Its so not right, but that's what makes it good-not having the typical ending where the girl always gets the perfect guy...I should be a movie critic.
"Every morning I wake up, before I put on my make-up, I say a little prayer for you."

HUIT.
The Little Mermaid.

Disney at it's best. They should have stopped trying after Finding Nemo because now all of the movies suck. Anywho, I have always secretly wanted to be Ariel, soaring through the ocean. Yeah, I know...And I totally blast "Part of your World" in the car by myself. Yeah i'm cool.
"Now the Snarfblatt dates back to prehistorical days when humans used to sit around and stare at eachother all day."

NEUF.

Mr.Holland's Opus

I only recently discovered this movie 2 years ago and fell in love with it. I dont know why I like it. It's a classic, moving story about music.
" Play the sunset."

DIX.
The Goonies.

The best 80's movie of all time. No contest, with Ferris Beuller's Day Off, The Breakfast Club, Pretty in Pink, Eddie and the Cruisers, Dirty Dancing, and Sixteen Candles all tied for second.
"Goonies never say Die?"

Onze.
The Guardian.

Ashton Kutcher can be serious sometimes. I never thought I would enjoy a movie like this, but I love it.
"Save the ones you can, the rest you have to let go."

Deuze.
Twilight/New Moon

Yes Kids, I am one of those crazy, drooling, obsessed Twi-nerds with 50 jillion posters of Edward Cullen and other cast members in my room. Twilight Rocks. 'Nuff said. But let's just go on and throw it out there that New Moon will, more than likely, be on the great favorite movies list after November 20th has passed.

"Edward Cullen."

Just another manic Monday.

This is the Blue Monday list:
{1}
I woke up 3 times in the middle of the night due to severe allergy problems caused by the ragweed that has decided to take up residence all of the town. For whatever reason, it just does not like my body...anywho, I kept waking up, so you could probably assume that I was rather sloth-like during the morning hours of today. I didn't actually "wake up" until 12-ish. How sad.
I don't even remember anything about History today-shocker.
{2}
This weekend, the Holt family shall make the incredible, 4-hour journey to Mississippi for father's 40'th *overthehill* party. I am in charge of making him a CD compiled of 1 song from the billboard top 100 of each year of his life. It's pretty snazzy.
{3}
English brought to me the daily buttface happening of the day: So Erica and I were discussing our weekend events. I was spilling about my girls night with Brit and Adrian, while Erica talked about her adventure to the movie theatre to see Time Traveler's Wife and how she cried. Then, Secret Asian Man (Vincent Chou) blurted out, "It was good up until he *** ****!"
WHHHAAAAAATTT??!?!?!!? noooooo. now I am ruined forever and when Sarah comes home from college and we decide to go see it at the drive-in, I won't be able to enjoy it. *tear*
{4}
Secret Life of the American Teenager comes on tonight and I am quite excited. Yeah, I admit it, I absosmackenlutley am addicted to that show! It's rather unrealistic and silly, but Ricky is hot and he needs to go on ahead and dumb Adrian's cheating, skanky butt and love Amy. I mean she is his baby mama! It makes total sense to me.
{5}
I am going on a "run" with Prince William. So tootaloo.

This world keeps spinning faster, so I run to you.

{1}

I got me a job.

The other day, I got a call from my neighbor/Pilot/family friend, Chris who was looking for somehelp with starting a Fan Club for his insanely awesome red jet. I, of course, jumped at the opportunity and now will be helping him with assembling fan club packages and helping with advertising his plane through facebook and twitter and stuff. I like it because I get to work mostly at home and use my creativity to think of ways to promote his club.

{2}

My opinion on Junior Year so far is scetchy. I can't bring myself to enjoy my U.S. history class because nothing in this world bores me more than Reconstruction after wars. AP English 3 is fun and the work isn't hard, but it's too much. Singers totally rocks because Mrs. Parlier is the bomb. Algebra is okay, I only have 2 friends in there and my study buddy is a idgit.

{3}

It didn't take me long to realize why Fall is awesome. 1) not-so-hot weather, but still good enough to go without a jacket. 2) football games. 3) Halloween stuff like haunted houses, ghost hunting and boo party. 4) random Fall radicalness.

{4}

Moulin Rouge. Okay the moral of the story is don't become a "lady of the night" and fall hopelessly in love with a poor writer and lie to the Duke. Or you will die. But I still love the movie, mostly the music, especially Ewan/Christian's gorgeous voice. We actually convinced Mrs. P to let us sing "Come What May" in our show as the ballad. <3
