Blue Fire.

Me and Gunnar got to make fire of a wide spectrum of colors in Chemistry last week! I also got to bend glass! So fun! This was my favorite color of the fire-palette!

Vampire Diaries.

I love it!!!!!!!!!!!! It's so not as cheesy as most of the other Vampire shows! And, not to mention the fact that there isn't a single unfortunate-looking boy character on the show. Stefan is gaaah, so gorgeous!

Snow.
yes, I know that 2 weeks ago I was hoping and praying for it. But this weekend is my birthday weekend and my grammie and aunts and uncles and cousins and papaw were supposed to come. Not any more if the weather continues to be a skank. I mean everybody loves it in like December, but it gets old especially when you live in a school district that NEVER gets out!!!

I am shunning myself for my lack of blogging this whole week. Let's just say it has been rather busy. Here is how it went:

Monday
Back to school. blegh. I have some really simple classes like chemistry and psychology which is a joke, but I am still in AP English 3, which means research paper - yaaaaay!!!!!! well not really, It was due Wednesday so I thought I could write it and get it over with. nope i wrote one third of a page. and its supposed to be 10! go me! also Papaw came to visit! yay!

Tuesday
I was supposed to go to Jeffs house for dinner but I was so caught up in the dumb research paper that I could not. I sat one the couch for hours with my laptop, Ace, and got nothing accomplished. I did watch American Idol though. I have decided that nothing is more annoying than dumb people who think they can sing.

Wednesday
AAAAH. I awoke on this morning with a terrible headache and my eyes were dry and felt funny. It could have been my extreme tiredness, so I stayed home and slept intil 11:30. It was great. I then woke up and got lunch at Sonic with momma and we went out to church and ran some errands before fetching the brothas. Papaw left :( and I then came home and proceeded to go into a deep dark time of despair called writing the research paper that is unfortunately due tomorrow. I sat and typed and read and cried and sighed and complained and pondered jumping off the roof for 6 and 1/2 hours. kjfSfvb,nm. it was atrocious.

Thursday
Turned in my research paper and had an okay day sitting and being bored at school. I then came home and felt the need to sit on the couch, once again, and watch 8 episodes od the O.C.
Daddy came home from his business trip and informed me that I may be getting a car soon. Yay!

Friday
yeah that's today, and I had a fun time in Chemistry playing with Bunsom burners and making fire turn pretty colors, like pink and turquoise. Now I am going to Kelsies to make poodles for our poodle skirts!

Normal kids would be enthused about the fact that it is a 3-day weekend, but not I. Tomorrow is the day of death. 9 hours of dance rehearsal. :( I am tearing up now just at the thought of it.

Well I have many places that bring joy to me. These 5 are among them:

Whether it's for Church Praise Team, Aristocats or Summer Picnics. I love it! I usually start out a bit nervous, but I get a rush and just sing my heart out!

Gram's House

I absolutely love her house. It's so antique-y and pretty! I love how it smells like washing detergent. I love waking up and sitting on the front porch swing when its raining with a quilt. And the feather bed and pool rock too!

Atlanta.

Ever since we lived there when I was 7, whenever we drove downtown, I thought that one of the buildings was hilarious because it looked like a little house. I still love going every year with the church for Labor Day Weekend. Coke museum, the zoo, six flags, the Varsity, Braves Games, Northpoint Church and Bodies Exhibit are among the coolest things I did, aside from bodies exhibit...ew.

BigStuf Camp.

Beach Worship is my favorite activity at camp. A few of the singers come out and play some acoustic praise tunes. It's so inspiring because all you hear is the sound of ocean waves and worship music.

It's finally Friday, I'm Free Again!

I've got my motor runnin' for a WILD weekend!!!
...okay, not too wild! But still pretty exciting!

1. Today is our first snow day in 3 years, so I will be livin it up outside making snow angels and snuggling on the couch inside with hot chocolate and day time TV.

2. Possibly going to Ruby Tuesdays with Adrian for a snow day tradition.

3. Attending Hannah's sweet sixteen tonight!

4. Karrington and maybe some others spending the night after!

5. ALL DAY dance rehearsal tomorrow. 9-5. yeah...Our Singers show better rock!

6. SNO Day tomorrow night at the Clarks for the youth! Then sleeping over after!

7. Church Sunday Morning! Singing lead on 2 songs! yay!

8. Working on Research Project Sunday Afternoon! Woohoo!!!!!!

Dear School Board,

On behalf of all of the students enrolled in a Tullahoma City School, we would strongly, ultimately, and greatly appreciate it if you would have the kindness and consideration to simply eradicate the time of learning tommorow seeing as how the rare liklihood of accumulated snowfall is at a chance of eighty percent. How often does a warm-natured state such as good ole' Tennessee recieve such a marvelous event, and having to spend the entire waking hours cooped up inside a building being forced to retain pointless knowledge while hopelessly gazing outside at the blizzard of awesomeness, is extremely unfair. So have a heart, and call it off for a day of snowballs, sledding, and an endless list of exciting possibilities that only a Snow Day can bring.

Let me share with you the events of my first day back to school after Christmas break.

This morning came bright and early. I, of course, could not get to sleep because of nerves/excitement over what this semester would bring.
I arrived at the greatest school in the world-THS and began my quest toward my 1st class. English! After a short time spent in the guidance office with my ever so charming guidance counselor trying to change my schedule, it was a pretty good day! Actully, Not counting the fact that Dr. Sawyer did not hesitate at all to throw a research project (12 pages) into our horrified faces! Woohoo!

other than THAT, it was a good day.

It was a boring evening in the Holt household. I had no more jawbreakers (Bradyn ate them) and could not play Mario 64 on the Wii (Will hogged it up) so I came to the conclusion that blogging was the only fun way to pass the time!

Bradyn was a baby, like 1 years old and he was throwing rocks in the pool. I was leaning over to tell him no and he bit my nose.
