Psalm 55:22

I'm sad and scared right now.
I just found out that one of my best guy friends quite possibly has cancer.
It hasn't been confirmed yet, but his doctors are almost 100% sure.
He goes in for surgery Monday, and I can't go visit him because it's an hour and a half away and I have school.
I am crying because he was so fine with it and he said he wasn't scared because he knew God had it all under control.
I wish I could be more like that.

rocket maaaan.

is this picture not the shiz. bust exactly what is this?
a. a re-enactment of the scene from The Little Mermaid where Ariel's voice comes out through her mouth and it's a magical light.
b. an "orb" that mysteriously appeared upon the developing of the film
c. cameron being locked outside on the porch, and the reflection of the flash from the camera

answer the question correctly and win a million dollars.

Can you believe it? Usher-the rapper- has a fragrance!
Go http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pp7iOwRySwY to see the funniest thing of your life. But if you are easily frightened, I suggest you stop watching at 1:09.

just a pretty picture of after the rain that i took. I have a film camera, and just got 3 rolls of film developed. I love it.

Thought that first question was hard? Try this:

what might this picture be of?

a. an average family play room with a couch and a stuffed animal in the corner

b. Dobby,the creature from Harry Potter, hiding in the corner of my playroom

c. Bradyn counting to 30 whilst the older of the Holt children hide from him in a game of hide-and-seek

The Easter Bunny gifted Bradyn with this caged rock after he visited our house early this year. Bradyn named it "Rino" and it lives on a shelf.

No those are not my brothers.

We got to meet baby Brody in Mississippi, and I got to hold him for all of 3 minutes. This was the only image captured of us that wasn't blurry. No, I was not scared of him! He was wailing and I felt badfor him, and that happens to be my feel-bad face. But he was cute and soft and snuggly.

He had a death grip on my finger. aw.

you're the meaning in my life, you're the inspiration

I am in an artsy mood right now, but I cannot decide on what to make-a collage, some jewelry, photoshop editing-so I decided to share with you what kind of things put me in that crafty mood, and what gets those creative juices flowing...

{1}
Thunderstorms. They soothe me, except when it's tornados and such. I absolutley love waking up on a saturday morning to the sound of clashing thunder and pouring rain, knowing that I get to nestle back into bed and go back to sleep, because I have nothing to do that day. Rain inspires me to take pictures of the clouds before and after the storm. The way that everything reflects off of the wet concrete, and the dark sky up against bright green grass makes for great photographs.

{2}

The beach. Waves crashing against the sand. Palm trees dancing in the neverending breeze that smells of salt and tanning oil. The sight of a sun setting behind the horizon. Who isn't inspired by that?

{3}
Wedding photography. I am a big fat sap when it comes to pictures of a bride and groom, even if I have no clue who they are. I find beauty in pictures that capture such a special day in someone's life. My two favorite wedding photographers are c scott and Richard Ellis. These pictures inspire me to be a wedding planner of some sort. I like seeing the colors, and creative themes that people use. ahh a weddingplanner or photographer-That would be just amazing.

{4}
Michael Buble. Can I get a amen? His crooner voice just makes me swoon and I love listening to him whilst I do my crafting in my room, and it's fun to practice harmony with his songs, too. His music is happy and uplifting, and I LOVE that he has the big band sound with some songs, and then others is just a simple, calming piano. I just adore him.

What inspires you?

someday I'm finally gonna let go, find out what's over that rainbow

It's 10:51 p.m. in good ole' Booneville, Mississippi, and I am chillaxin on the ever-so-comfy leather reclinable couch at Gram's house. I love this house. I love how it smells of washing detergent and coffee beans. I love that it is filled with antique furniture-each piece having it's own story to tell. I love the ancient firey heaters on the walls, even though they make my allergies act up. I love waking up to the sound of a rainy morning and getting cozy with a quilt on the front porch swing. I love visiting here, I always have. That's why I don't want to leave tomorrow. I didn't get to see very much of my new baby cousin, Brody Kyle. I didn't get to have a good photography session of the outside world of Gram's house because it was too chilly. But I'm not complaining because I did get to see plenty of my other cousins who are wild and noisy, but I still love them. I did get to spend my 50 dollar Old Navy gift cards on 2 skirts, a shirt, and a pair of shorts. I got in plenty of eye-resting sessions. In other words, I slept way too much. I am excited about coming back for a visit in April for Allie's birthday. So basically, I had tons of fun!

Meanwhile, today is my blog's first birthday. It has blessed me with tons of happy times where I can rant about whatever non-important or silly matter that is currently occuring in my life! HAPPY BIRTHDAY BLOGBERT!!!

yes, I named him Blogbert.

ya'll I'm still a Mississippi girl

Mother, William, Bradyn, and I are vacationing in the Land of Mississippi for the first week of Spring Break. This is what is going down.

Have you ever seen this movie?! It is so completely rediculous and funny. It just cracks me up, and Shia LeBeouf is the main star, and Rex Kwon Do from Napoleon Dynamite is in it, too! If you have not seen the awesomeness of this movie, then go do it now. Your life will not be complete without it!

Eclipse, could you arrive any slower. Actually, you know what, just tae your sweet time because I will not be allowed to go watch you the day you come out. So sad, I know. Bigstuf Camp will be taking over my time on June 30th and I don't think I would be allowed to skip a few hours of camp to see Edward.

" Old Naaaavyyyyy! Your destination for summer fun"
Shopping tomorrow to hit up the sale racks at The Olde Navye. Hoorah!

What would I do without my cheese biscuits. Seriously, I could make an entire meal out of only these for every day of the rest of my life. Bread products make my world go round.

This is Mr. Brody Kyle Hutchens, the newest arrival to the Hutchens family. He was supposed to be a big baby, but he arrived early, and is just the perfect size. I got to meet him last night, but I couldn't hold him because he had to be fed. And he was a bit gassy...
How is your spring break?

I spread my wings and learn how to fly

Yes I know, I have neglected poor little blogster for quite some time. But in all honesty, I was so exhausted from competitions and having to go to dance rehearsal for Singers for every single weekend in the past 3 months, that I kinda just slept a whole bunch. I even stayed home from school last Thursday so I could sleep for a long time. Yes, now I am relieved from my sleep-deprivation and I will proceed to tell you of the latest happenings in ChelseaWorld....

Is anybody else as ready for this to come out as I am. I fully plan on attending the Hastings midnight release! Yay Edward!

Bradyn, Mother, Will, and I went on the church trip to the Chattanooga Aquarium this past Saturday! I witnessed turtles, pregnant seahorses, an octopus that was camera-shy, some stuck up penguins, and fishies of all sorts!

Yes my friends, that Is my poor father being consumed by the awesomeness of the O.C. season 2. That is Seth on the screen. Here recently, I have been borrowing the complete disk seasons of the O.C. from Adrian. One fateful evening, about a month ago, I was watching Season 1 when my poor daddy got reeled in. Now he has seen all episodes of season 1 minus about the first 2 0r 3. Now we are just about ready to begin season 3. He insists that we watch it every single night. Poor guy.

clever.

Meet baby Brody. He is my uncle Josh and Auntie Jade's first bebe. He is supposed to arrive any day now, and since next week is Spring Break, We are planning on going to meet him! I cannot wait!

Matchbox Twenty is my friend.

I got me some viators, a Miley Cyrus vest/shirt, and a bracelet at Wally World today for a grand total of $7.89! That's what I call a steal!

American Idol sucks. period.

There's me!!!! This was our last competition this year, where we placed 5th in our division! Yay us! It was a fun and exciting show choir season, but I'm glad it's over. Now for some peace and relaxation. And naps.

The ultimate "that's what she said"
am I right?

So we got bored and colored on Andrew's leg one day in Singers. It was funny!

I absolutley abhor this creature. WHYYYYYY!?!?!?!?!?!?!? how could anybody allow their kitten/dog/abominable snowman to have ears that large? It just baffles me...
